How can I contact customer support?

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We're sorry to hear that! Email us a photo of the issue (including packaging) at support@davies-couture.com and we'll arrange a replacement or correction.
How do I return an item?
You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact. To start, email us at support@davies-couture.com with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send step-by-step instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days. No restocking fees are charged.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Contact us at support@davies-couture.com with your exchange request and we'll provide instructions to make it easy.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@davies-couture.com. Cancellations are usually possible before processing or dispatch begins. Once an order is being processed or has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
What are your shipping times?
Orders placed by 3:00 PM EDT are processed the same business day. Processing takes 0–1 business days (Monday–Friday). Once dispatched, delivery takes 5–8 business days. Free shipping is available on all orders within the United States.
