Return and Refund Policy

Returning Items
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To begin, email us at support@davies-couture.com with your order information. Items must be sent back unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Please note that returns requested after the 30-day period cannot be processed.
Return Procedure
To begin a return, simply send an email to support@davies-couture.com including your order details and the reason for your request. Requests need to be reviewed and approved before items are sent back, as returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted. After your request is approved, we’ll send you the necessary instructions for the next steps. Please make sure the items are packed securely to avoid any damage during transit. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
After your return arrives and is checked, any approved refund will be sent back using the original payment method. The process takes up to 7 days. No restocking fees will be charged.
Exchanges
Changed your mind? You can exchange your item for another one. Email your exchange request to support@davies-couture.com, and we’ll follow up with the next steps and the information you need.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us immediately at support@davies-couture.com. Cancellations are usually possible before processing or dispatch begins. Once the order is being processed or has shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, and you’ll need to follow our return procedure after receiving your items.
Damaged or Wrong Items
We take care in packaging and checking each order, but mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us clear photos showing the issue (including packaging) at support@davies-couture.com. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or correction as quickly as possible to make things right.
