- Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, orders arrive within 5-8 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note this is an estimate; minor delays can occur due to external factors.
- Free Shipping: All orders within the United States qualify for free delivery.
Order Handling & Shipping Procedure

Shipping Delays

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us immediately at support@davies-couture.com. Cancellations are usually possible before processing or dispatch begins. Once the order is being processed or has shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, and you’ll need to follow our return procedure after receiving your items.
Damaged or Wrong Items
We take care in packaging and checking each order, but mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us clear photos showing the issue (including packaging) at support@davies-couture.com. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or correction as quickly as possible to make things right.
