Adjustable Weighted Vest Up to 110 Pounds with Removable Sand Pouches for Home Workouts

A Weighted Vest Adjustable Up to 110 Pounds

The bodyweight exercises feel easy after a few weeks of steady training. Adding dumbbells slows down running and stair climbs for most people. Strap on a vest at the gym, on the track, or in the garage.

The vest's pockets take iron sand pouches, and the straps cinch tight around you. Add or remove pouches to change the load, up to 110 pounds. Weight sits evenly on the front and the back.

The shell is Oxford cloth, and the shoulder and waist straps adjust for most adult sizes. The package lists the vest and notes that it does not include the weights. Wipe the outer layer with a damp cloth.

This vest suits strength work, cardio, CrossFit, HIIT, and walking for the whole home. It is unisex, so couples can share it. Plus, do not submerge it in water, since the pouches are sand filled.
